Senior Manager of Quality, Site Executive

Mr. Steve Danziger serves as Quality Manager for BAE Systems Space Systems as well as the Site Executive in Manassas. Mr. Danziger is responsible for improving the overall quality and efficiency for the organization's ($150M/yr in business) products and technology. Mr. Danziger has been an Engineer and a Manager in semiconductor development and production for various defense and commercial semiconductor organizations working with state-of-the-art technologies, starting at IBM, and eventually becoming the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Micron Technologies. He serves as the Chairman and Member of Board of Trustee at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center. He has served in numerous community development and policy-related roles, including current chairman of the Prince William Soil and Water Conservation Board; current Advisory Board Member of George Mason University Science and Technology Campus in Manassas;  current Fairfax County Water Authority board member;  Prince William Chamber of Commerce Public Policy committee member, and Didlake Inc. board member. He has three patents and more than 30 publications on technical and management topics. He has a B.S. degree in Physics from Queens College City University of New York and an M.S. degree in Physics from the Pennsylvania State University.
