The producer/director of over 100 behind-the-scenes documentaries and featurettes exploring such films and TV shows as BLADE RUNNER, TWIN PEAKS, THE MARTIAN, The ALIEN Anthology and the STAR WARS Saga, Lauzirika made his featue directing debut with the psychological thriller CRAVE, starring Josh Lawson, Emma Lung, Edward Furlong and Ron Perlman.  

CRAVE played at film festivals around the world, winning several awards, including the New Flesh Award for Best First Feature at the Fantasia International Film Festival in Montreal, and Best Director in the Next Wave category at Fantastic Fest in Austin.

A magna cum laude graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts and a four-time Saturn Award winner, Lauzirika also directed the Montell Jordan music video “When You Get Home” featuring Billy Dee Williams, and has co-written with Kalen Egan a feature adaptation of Philip K. Dick's futuristic drama, I HOPE I SHALL ARRIVE SOON, for himself to direct.

He continues to produce behind-the-scenes content, working on the new HELLBOY film, as well as DC Universe's DOOM PATROL and STARGIRL, and he currently has several feature films projects in various stages of development. He most recently co-wrote and directed the dark comedy LOVE BITE, a short film about a couple's tensions escalating to dangerous proportions during the zombie apocalypse.
