Michael Bear is a Technical Director at BAE Systems in Manassas, Virginia. He over 30 years of experience in the electronics from advanced device reliability and ASIC design through systems architecture. He has served on both the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board and National Academy of Engineering activities. He has co-authored multiple papers, standards and studies.  Michael has a PhD in Computational Physics from George Mason University.
